How It Works:

  1. Schedule Your Consultation

    A one-time video chat to get to know each other and get you set up with the right trainer for you. We’ll discuss your goals and the different options available to you.

  2. Get Your Program

    Now that you’re signed up, it’s time for the app. Your trainer will design a program tailored to your goals and experience. You’ll also have access to an entire library of demonstration videos to help guide you through your workout.

  3. Start Training

    Here’s the best part: Train where you want. When you want. Create your own schedule, track your progress, and receive personalized advice from your trainer —all through the JP Training App.
