JP PERFORMANCE

  • OUR VISION

Our mission is to enhance the health, fitness, and performance of young athletes who will carry on through their lifetime.

We take a functional and performance-based approach through our training sessions to improve their strength and conditioning.

  • THE PROGRAM

JP Performance is a new training department of JP Fitness that specializes in performance training for youth. Our program focuses on the following:

Training young athletes starting from middle school through senior high.

  • THE PROCESS

Each athlete will start with a ‘JP Assessment’ that is retested periodically to track their progress within the program.

Each session will challenge athlete’s strength, speed, reaction time, and conditioning.

Sessions can be customized according to ability, age, and goal of the athlete(s).
