Group Classes: 

Strong45 – Focused on getting participants stronger and improving muscular endurance. Feel the burn with this strength-building class that utilizes barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells to help you start increasing your muscle mass.

Zone45 – A high-intensity session that will have you burning calories even after the workout! Designed to focus on power, conditioning, and pushing you to your limit.

Flow45 – An energizing and dynamic barefoot class. It’s JP’s take on a vinyasa-style yoga class. Participants can stretch + strengthen their bodies and calm their minds through a 45-minute series of flowing poses, ending with relaxation.

Mobility- Work on improving your flexibility in this functional movement session. Our mobility group class specifically focuses on stretching your shoulders, hips, ankles, and other areas to improve range of motion and form.

Kickboxing – A 30 minute, total body session that works your core, endurance,and mental stamina. Push yourself to a new level while learning kickboxing techniques.

Other – We love to mix things up for our clients when it comes to fitness classes. Adding variety keeps things interesting AND helps move new muscles. Keep an eye on our class schedule to find new group offerings, like our latest yoga class!  

 

Personal Training:

If you prefer a more hands-on, individualized approach to fitness, our personal training programs may be what you’re looking for.  Our team of certified trainers will use their expertise paired with your goals to come up with a customized plan for you. Spend time one-on-one with your trainer to ensure you’re nailing your form and increasing weight + difficulty so you can see lasting results.
